Move it or Lose it! Overton meet every Wednesday from 10.30am-11.30am at Bridge Street Pavilion.

This gentle class focuses on the essential components for health and wellbeing guidelines for older adults & aims to create a fun, inclusive environment. Through low impact aerobics we are improving mobility while exercising to music from across the decades. Music is a great motivator & makes exercising so much more fun, especially if you can sing along!

Resistance equipment helps to develop strength and improves balance while stretching increases flexibility. We also challenge our cognitive health with a range of activities & games.

This year we will be introducing regular coffee mornings as we are so much more than an exercise class!

Due to popular demand Move it or Lose it! Overton Friday class will be coming to Bridge Street Pavilion in February 2020!
