Use of ORC Facilities – Update

The government has recently updated it’s advice on how we should manage sports activities in the light of the coronavirus pandemic.

We have tried to interpret this with best efforts and can now provide our own advice on how we plan to make facilities available locally to clubs and societies that are able to take advantage of the new situation.

REMEMBER: To use ORC facilities you must be a member.

CricketBridge Street & BerrydownTeam cricket continues to be unavailable but we are expecting a new update imminently regarding the ability to use practice nets. More news to follow.
TennisBridge StreetThe tennis club will re-open from Wednesday 13th May. One court will be available for two players for one hour. The people must be either from a single household or know each other and must be healthy. You can only book through Bob Pallister: [email protected]
GolfTown MeadowTown Meadow GC Committee has carefully checked the requirements to allow golf to occur but is not able to meet the policing and booking standards agreed so we will not start yet. As things develop we will update this policy and plan to re-open asap.
